Does Server Nexus LLC provides free assessment?
Server Nexus LLC
provides a free complimentary needs assessment with the purchase or lease of one or more servers. Please contact us at assessment@servernexus.com for a needs assessment or consulting@servernexus.com for consulting services.

Does refurbished products has warranty?
All refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty. All new, refurbished and customized product warranties may be superceded by the Original Manufacturers Warranty. Specific manufacturer warranty information is listed for each product in the Products section. We have a 15 day Dead on Arrival (DOA) return policy with a 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns. Please submit Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to rma@servernexus.com. For refunds of cash or check purchases over $100 our office will issue a check within 14 business days of approved return.

Server Nexus LLC reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, at its sole discretion. All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. We do not warrant any software under this Agreement. Warranties, if any, for the software are contained in the license agreement that governs its purchase, use, and distribution.
